How to Return an Item:

• Place the products you wish to return in a secure package.
• Mark the package with your order number and name (required for refund processing).
• Return the package using your preferred method to the following address: Snillfjordsveien 4215, 7255 Sundlandet.

Return Responsibility:

• You are responsible for the return. It is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches us.

Refunds

• If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed exclusively via Visa/Mastercard or Vipps. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive the returned product, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
• For cancellations due to delayed delivery from us, the same return rules apply.

Complaints

• If you discover a defect or issue with a product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect if you wish to claim it (complaint). You can report defects and issues with the products to info@winganwhite.com.
• We reserve the right to forward complaints to the manufacturer or supplier for further assessment of any defects.
• If you take the initiative to rectify the defect beyond what has been agreed with Wingan White Eyewear, we will not cover those expenses.
